"they were so helpful! my car was on non-op and AAA refused to tow it, even asking for a day pass to travel. i had to pay out of pocket $450 but Ele from state farm let me know they can reimburse me $300 of it! it was so helpful! and they even said i could pick up the check the same day! they have been great to me as long as i used them, and now i know why all of my family goes lino. and his employees seline and Ele are the best!"

"I’m a new State Farm customer with 5 cars on my policy, and I’m so glad I switched. Ele at Lino’s office made the whole transition easy and took time to make sure all our vehicles had the right coverage.
Just weeks after signing up we needed towing, and Lino’s crew (the ladies) jumped in right away. For a new customer, that level of follow-through says a lot.
Lino and his team are responsive, explains things clearly, and actually cares. I chose State Farm for the name, but I’m staying for people like Ele, Selene and Lino."
