"I have had to call in a few times and every time I do, I receive help promptly. During the three office visits I have had, everyone is welcoming and they took the time to fully review my policies. "I received a notice from State Farm. I am a client with Lino State Farm Insurance in Pinole. I immediately panicked because of watching the news it’s always saying state farm something and it’s usually alarming. People are getting canceled so I panicked and thought oh my God it’s happening to me too. I called the office and talked to a little girl named Elle and Selene they called back right away. They are always right on it and so helpful and so knowledgeable. I so appreciate them and I am blessed they have my back. It turned out to be a renewal notice. I got my self all work up for nothing. The point being this office is a blessing and you will love all these gals and their boss of helping you with your needs of insurance issues."
