I had a fender bender and there was no damage to the other person’s car. I came home and filed a claim via the app. I went for my estimate and it’s very low so I called the State Farm main number to cancel the claim. I was told that they couldn’t because it had to be investigated. I explained that there wasn’t anything to investigate but I couldn’t get anywhere with the rep. I called Lino’s office and spoke with Selene who contacted the claims office and got it canceled for me. They were making it into WWIII but Selene took care of it. So glad not to have this to deal with this at all.
